TrackMyLawn is an infrastructure and software provider, not a lead-generation marketplace. We recognize that your client directory is the most valuable asset of your business.

We mathematically isolate your data using Row Level Security (RLS). We legally guarantee that TrackMyLawn will never contact, market to, solicit, or sell your customer data. Your clients belong strictly to you.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two categories:

• Contractor Data: Information you provide to create your workspace, including your company name, email, phone number, and billing information.
• End-User Data: Information you input into our CRM regarding your clients, properties, and employees, including names, addresses, and service histories.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information strictly to operate the TrackMyLawn platform:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the software.
• To process transactions and send related administrative alerts.
• To provide technical support (only when explicitly granted via your Admin Support Toggle).

3. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. While no digital platform is 100% immune to breaches, we utilize industry-leading cloud infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL) to safeguard your workspace.
